TERMOLUX, s.r.o. is a Czech production and trade company, which was founded in the town of Valašské Meziříčí in June 1991. Shortly after its foundation the company started to build a production site on its own grounds in the industrial area on the town periphery. Construction of the company's building and assembly of the process equipment were finished at the end of 1991, and in January 1992 the company's operation was initiated.
